1st Place Chiropractic holding food drive for Two Rivers Head Start

A holiday food drive benefiting Two Rivers Head Start will be held Dec. 5-9 at 1st Place Chiropractic, 1750 E. Main St., Suite 140, St. Charles. The goal is to collect more than a ton - 2,000 pounds - of food. To help meet this goal, 1st Place Chiropractic is committed to give away $5,000 of chiropractic care in exchange for donations for the food drive.

New patient services of consultation, examination, and up to four X-rays if needed are being offered free with appropriate nonperishable food donation.

Foods collected are canned vegetables, canned tuna and chicken, canned stews, canned and dry instant soups and canned spaghetti sauce. No glass containers, perishable or baby food will be collected.

The community is encouraged to drop off food donations at this location during regular business hours Dec. 5-9. Receive one entry per bag of food to win fantastic door prizes.
