The Chicago Bears lost to the New York Giants 22-16 in a close battle on Sunday at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J.
The Bears suffered another disappointing loss becoming 2-8 as the Giants' defense got a second-half shutout with a game-clinching interception by Landon Collins of a pass by Bears Jay Cutler.
Several injuries marred the afternoon with rookie linebacker Leonard Floyd suffering a head/neck injury that required him to be removed from the field on a backboard, although he showed some movement on the field. Three other Bears suffered injuries and did not return that included tight end Zach Miller (foot), left guard Josh Sitton (ankle) and cornerback Cre'Von LeBlanc (concussion).
The Bears had a chance for the win in the last minutes of the game when Cuter completed passes of 35 yards to Marquess Wilson and 23 yards to Josh Bellamy, but a sack and an interception stopped the comeback and added another loss for the season.
