No. 23 Texas A&M looks to end two-game skid against UTSA

WHAT'S AT STAKE

The Aggies were ranked fourth in the first installment of the College Football Playoff rankings before consecutive losses to Mississippi State and Mississippi knocked them out of playoff contention and has them desperate to get back on track this week before hosting No. 16 LSU on Thanksgiving. The Roadrunners need to win one of their last two games to become bowl eligible for the first time in school history.

KEY MATCHUP

Texas A&M QB Jake Hubenak vs. UTSA's defense. Hubenak was inconsistent against Mississippi in his first start since Trevor Knight suffered a season-ending shoulder injury two weeks ago. But he should be able work on some things against UTSA, which is allowing 413.2 yards a game.

PLAYERS TO WATCH

UTSA: WRs Josh Stewart and Kerry Thomas. Saturday will be a homecoming UTSA's top two receivers, who both grew up in College Station, Texas. Stewart has 29 catches for 591 yards and four touchdowns and Thomas has 22 receptions for 303 yards and seven scores.

TEXAS A&M: RB Trayveon Williams. He needs 124 yards rushing to become the first true freshman in school history to rush for 1,000 yards. Williams had 17 carries for 72 yards last week and has six touchdowns this season.
