Judge gives Wisconsin man 21 years on prostitution charge

CHICAGO (AP) - A federal judge in Chicago has sentenced a Wisconsin man to more than 20 years in prison for forcing a 15-year-old girl into prostitution.

Federal prosecutors say 31-year-old Dajuan Key of Milwaukee brought the girl to the Chicago area from Madison, Wisconsin, in September 2013, when Romeoville police arrested him. They say Key forced the girl to engage in commercial sex acts and he kept all of the money. Jurors convicted Key in February. U.S. District Judge Virginia M. Kendall sentenced Key to 262 months on Wednesday.

Prosecutors say Key encountered the girl online, took photos of her, provided her with lingerie and posted ads online. They say he rented hotel rooms for her acts of prostitution.
