Geneva Green Market returns Saturday

The Geneva Green Market, a winter farmers market, will begin Saturday, Nov. 5, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at First Congregational Church of Geneva, 327 Hamilton St. The market will continue through April 29. Some of the vendors include: Hasselmann Farm in Marengo offering beef, pork, chicken and bacon, Mighty Green Farms near Elburn with lettuce mixes, baby bok choy, spinach, Shungiku, watercress, sprouts and granola; Garlic Breath Farm in Elburn with organically grown garlic, roasted garlic, eggs and homemade dog treats; Heritage Prairie Farm with seasonal vegetables, meats and greens; Lester's Bison Farm with a variety of bison, elk, pork, lamb and chicken cuts, bison yarn and wool, jams, jellies, and salsa; Fox Prairie Farm in Hampshire with variety of goat meat and eggs; Didomi Cafe; Inspiration Farms Alpacas in St. Charles; Alice's Corner Bolivian Cuisine and Catering; Sew What Plus Co-op with on-site mending; Grandma's Farm Fresh Eggs in Sugar Grove.
