Schaumburg Toyota to celebrate new facility Nov. 10

SCHAUMBURG - Schaumburg Toyota, at 875 W. Golf Road, will celebrate the completion of its new dealership with a dedication ceremony on Nov. 10.

Schaumburg Toyota recently constructed a new facility for vehicle sales and service that is more than double the size of the previous building. The dealership now features ae showroom of new cars, trucks and SUVs with a comfortable customer experience. The new customer lounge offers multiple large screen televisions and a cafe area.

The new service center has four climate-controlled indoor entry drives with customer write-up area. There are nearly 50 high-tech service bays - more than double the number previously - to accommodate a larger flow of customers. There is also a new parts retail center to serve customers.

A contingent of Toyota officials will attend the dedication at 5 p.m. Nov. 10 including Bob Carter, senior vice president of automotive operations; Paul Holdridge, Toyota Division's vice president of sales; and Tony Mueller, general manager of the Toyota Motor Sales Chicago Region. During the event, Toyota will present dealer principal Phillip Resnick and his team with a ceremonial Japanese sword. The presentation of the Katana sword, from automaker to dealer, is a long-standing tradition at Toyota.

Schaumburg Toyota is a family-owned business, and the owners, the Resnick family, have been a Toyota dealer since 1969, an impressive 47 years! The family also owns Midtown Toyota in Chicago.
