COD to Host 'Are We Really Free: Perspectives on Free Will' Panel Discussion Nov. 9

College of DuPage will host "Are We Really Free: Perspectives on Free Will" at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 9, in the Health and Science Center, Room 1234, on the College's Glen Ellyn campus, 425 Fawell Blvd.

This event is free and open to the public.

Presented by the College of DuPage Philosophy and Religious Studies program, this event will feature COD faculty discussing how various philosophers have understood what it means to have free will, whether free will is compatible with causal determinism and whether our actions can be free if a higher power has foreknowledge of our actions.

Light refreshments will be available during the discussion.
