Wrong direction

I am a conservative. I believe our government has gotten too big. We operate this country with a huge deficit because we spend too much, there is a tremendous amount of fraud and we take too much in taxes from the hardworking taxpayer.

The GOP candidate was not my first choice because Donald Trump does say offensive things. Yet, I believe in so much of what he wants to do to reverse the negative slip we have had from poor policy and leadership of the last eight years and maybe back further.

Richard Nixon would not have been elected if Watergate was already exposed. I am disturbed that the other choice we have for POTUS has gotten away so far with pure corruption and lies.

While Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton lied to the family of the Benghazi victims for Obama's political gain and to hide her incompetence, she did not improve relations with Russia or countries in the Mideast.

In the past years, the IRS has targeted U.S. citizens, our police officers have been wrongly shamed, Obamacare has been a disaster to everyone I know, the Christian faith has been attacked by both our POTUS and liberal judges while the Black Lives Matters protests, Occupy Wall Street and Planned Parenthood get a pass.

I am very concerned for our nation as our values and morals slip and corruption at the top is becoming the norm. My heart aches for our wonderful country.

I have to support Trump and I have many good reasons why ... here I only have room for why I could never support four more years of the past eight years. Never Hillary!
