Probation for Bartlett man who fired gun into floor

A Bartlett man who prosecutors say fired a handgun into the floor of his home following a scuffle pleaded guilty Thursday to a misdemeanor, court records show.

Patrick S. Bailey, 50, pleaded guilty to reckless discharge of a firearm, according to court records. He was sentenced to two years probation and ordered to pay $334 in fines.

No one was injured in the incident last March, authorities said.
