History Book Club Explores U.S.-Russian Relations Wednesday October 26 7:00 pm

The History Book Club at the Prospect Heights Public Library District invites lovers of history to its meeting on Wednesday, October 26th at 7:00 PM. We'll discuss, The Limits of Partnership: U.S.-Russian Relations in Twenty - First Century by Angela E. Stent. This very timely work is a riveting narrative about U.S.-Russian relations from the Soviet collapse through the Ukraine crisis and the difficult challenges ahead. It reflects the unique perspective of an insider who is also recognized as a leading expert on this troubled relationship. The book was published in 2016. The discussion will be moderated by George Lungu, Professor of Political Science at Oakton Community College. There are copies of the book at the Circulation Desk of the Prospect Heights Library.
