Probation for burglary tool possession

A Chicago man who Schaumburg police arrested on Christmas Eve pleaded guilty to possessing burglary tools, court records show.

Moris Polis, 54, was sentenced to two years probation and ordered to pay $714 in fines in exchange for his guilty plea, according to court records.

Schaumburg police found him on Dec. 24, 2015, lurking between houses in the 800 block of Seers Drive, prosecutors said.
