The underwhelming campaign of 2016

While these last few weeks have certainly been entertaining, our presidential candidates have shown us absolutely nothing in relation to how they might in some capacity make our lives better with real answers to real issues pertaining to real people.

It seems both candidate's personal forum was relegated long ago to posh, poise and presidential rumors. They both glide about looking for that next vote.

But at what point do we the voting constituents barge into this civic power-play about to unfold and make our voice heard?

To be sure, the 2016 presidential election has been a woefully underwhelming mixture of inane behavior, vicious banter, utter propensities to distort the truth any way deemed necessary and of course the burgeoning chasm among the haves and the have-nots, the optimates and the plebiscites.

You can try to divide the populace, but the candor of our fortitude will not abide.
