Hit up Caliendo's free darts tournament from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Friday, Oct. 14. The evening includes a DJ and prizes for the top three. McQ's Brew Fest
McQ's hosts the first Bolingbrook Brew Fest from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15. The day includes live music, food and beer tastings from local craft breweries, including Pollyanna, Lagunitas, Two Brothers, New Belgium, Brickstone, Metal Monkey, Buckledown, Miskatonic, Revolution, Saugatuck, Noon Whistle, Boulevard, Ommegang and more. Eats include $5 burgers, sloppy joes, hot dogs, brats and pretzel sticks. $45 general admission, $60 VIP, which includes a swag bag, a take-home mug, T-shirt and entry an hour early. The RAM's pink drinks
Go pink at The RAM throughout the month of October to support breast cancer awareness. A pink menu includes drinks like the Dragon Berry Colada made with Bacardi Dragon Rum, strawberry puree and Tavern Pina Colada mix; the Black Opal Marg with el Jimador Blanco Tequila, Chambord Raspberry Liqueur and muddled limes; the Pink Citron Fizz with Absolut Citron Vodka, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, strawberry puree and Gosling's ginger beer; and the Chloe chardonnay. Drink prices vary. One dollar of each pink drink goes to the American Cancer Society for cancer research. If you get hungry, try the pink nachos made with pink tortilla chips.
