Explore Fox Valley Antiques Show & Sale this weeekend

Affordably decorating a single room or furnishing a period setting, Fox Valley Antiques Show & Sale, a semi-annual show and sale, is a treat for the imagination. Explore the offerings of 55 carefully-chosen, invitation-only dealers from 15 states representing a wide variety of authentic 18th-, 19th- and early 20th-century antiques. Add a healthy dose of "holiday" décor to set the mood for upcoming festivities. Dealers' booths are displayed in exciting room settings with an emphasis on decorative and graphic design, illustrating how antiques compliment any type of architecture and decorating scheme.

Show hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, at the Kane County Fairgrounds, 525 S. Randall Road, St. Charles; enter fairgrounds on Randall Road between routes 38 and 64.

Held indoors at the bright and spacious Kane County Fairgrounds' Prairie Events Center, catered lunch with comfortable seating is available and there's plenty of free parking.
