Carol Stream Mayor Provides Resolution to COD's President for College's 50th Anniversary

Carol Stream Mayor Frank Savarino presented College of DuPage President Dr. Ann Rondeau with a resolution during an Oct. 3 Village Board meeting to congratulate the Glen Ellyn community college on its 50th anniversary. Dr. Rondeau became the College's sixth president on July 1, 2016. The largest public community college in Illinois, College of DuPage serves 27,000 students each term and grants nine associate degrees and technical certificates in more than 50 areas of study. In celebration of its 50th anniversary, College of DuPage is hosting a series of on- and off-campus events throughout the year to highlight the institution's history and service to students and District 502 residents over the past half-century.
