Lynfred Winery of Roselle, Illinois has paired up with Allgauer's Hilton/Lisle for an autumnal winemaker dinner on Thursday, October 20, 2016. What makes this dinner a little different is that Lynfred winemakers, Andres Basso and Rodrigo Gonzalez, first choose the wines and Allgauer's chef, Nick Landeweer, creates a menu specially crafted to bring out the best flavors in the wine, something only the best chefs can truly master.
