1. Big numbers

In Glenbard North's 34-7 DVC win over Wheaton North, Panthers running back Vittorio Tricase amassed personal bests of 39 carries for 314 yards. His 4 touchdown runs gives him 24 on the season.

2. Welcome...

...to the playoffs. By improving to 6-0, IC Catholic Prep and Neuqua Valley have clinched postseason berths. Unbeaten Hinsdale Central can do the same with a Saturday win over Glenbard West.

3. Rally helmets

Fenton rallied five times - IN THE SECOND HALF!!! - on its way to a remarkable 53-50 MSC Blue win over St. Edward. Tyler Santagata caught the game-winning pass with 45.8 seconds left.

4. Finally

Wheaton Warrenville South notched its first victory of the season with a 39-32 DVC win over Waubonsie Valley. Forcing a trio of second-half turnovers proved to be the difference for the Tigers.
