Dodge, Duck and Dive at the Great Pumpkin Halloween Dodgeball Tournament

Wear a costume and play dodgeball at the Schaumburg Park District!

The National Amateur Dodgeball Association's Great Pumpkin Halloween Tournament will be held Oct. 15 at The Sport Center, 1141 W. Irving Park Road. Check-in begins at 9 a.m. with matches beginning at 10 a.m.

Players dressed in costumes from monsters to superheroes will show off their skills at the first event of the NADA 2016-2017 season.

"The Great Pumpkin is a really fun way to kick off the season," said Derek Radek, athletic supervisor. "It's a great environment with friendly competition, exciting matchups and cool costumes."

Top teams receive paid bids to the Indoor National Championships in January. Games are officiated by NADA staff. All players receive a T-shirt. Team prizes are awarded to champions.

The registration deadline is Oct. 10. Registration fee for adult men's, women's and co-rec teams is $125. Registration fee for a high school level team is $105.
