Social Art Studio opens in Schaumburg

Art Füzd, the social art studio in Schaumburg, celebrated its opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Village Trustees, customers and members of the Schaumburg Business Association joined in the ceremony.
The joy of helping others create and enhance personal and professional relationships based on having fun insightful creative art experiences is what inspired the co-owners, Bill Shuff and Meredith Shuff, to open Art Füzd.
Where Fun and Art Füze, Art Füzd is the place to relax and be creative. Come with friends, meet new people during classes or workshops, or come alone and work on your personal masterpiece.
"No creative or artistic ability is required to have fun," notes Meredith Shuff, co-owner of Art Füzd.
"We work hard to ensure that 'visiting artists' relax and enjoy the process of making one-of-a-kind ceramic, clay, canvas, and board pieces that they will treasure just as much as the time spent alone or with others making them," adds Bill Shuff, co-owner of Art Füzd.
Art Füzd welcomes walk-ins anytime and hosts private parties and office events. The walk-in area features lots of windows and a relaxing eclectic feel with neutral colors suitable for all ages. The large party space features an abundance of natural light and a kitchen area. Peruse the kiln room windows to view recently fired guest artwork! The pottery bisque walls provide hundreds of functional and decorative pottery painting options. The pottery/clay glaze bar features nearly 100 colors and design tools. The canvas station features lots of designs to select from, small and large canvasses, and acrylic paints.
