PREP Hockey Club hosts Pink at the Rink

PREP Hockey is a combined high school club which is made up of players from Prospect, Rolling Meadows and Elk Grove high schools. Pink at the Rink is an annual event held in October during Breast Cancer Awareness month. PREP will host 3 hockey games at West Meadows Ice Arena in Rolling Meadows (3939 Winetka Avenue) starting at 4:10pm (JV Gold team vs BGHW), 5:50pm (JV Black vs Waren) and 7:30 (Varsity vs Leyden). The club will offer a bake sale, chuck a duck, raffles and great hockey. We will also be collecting donations. All proceeds will go to Northwest Community Hospital's Gift a Mammogram program. This program helps cover the cost of diagnostic mammograms and follow-up procedures for un- and underinsured women. Approximately 100 women receive mammograms through this program each year. Come on out and watch some great hockey for a great cause.
