Birdwatch, volunteer and do yoga at Camp Reinberg party
As part of the Forest Preserves of Cook County's Party for the Preserves Day on Saturday, there will be a themed party at Camp Reinberg in Palatine as well as in each of the forest preserve's campgrounds.
At Camp Reinberg, located at 1801 N. Quentin Road, party attendees will go on a bird walk before giving back during a volunteer workday. Throughout the afternoon there will also be opportunities for yoga, art making and other relaxing outdoor activities. Attendees can also purchase native plants from Taylor Creek Nursery.
