Grain mixed, livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mixed Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery was 2 cents higher at $4.0740 a bushel; December corn was .50 cent higher at $3.3720 bushel; December oats was .25 cent higher at $1.7740 a bushel; while November soybeans lost 14.50 cents to $9.6160 a bushel.

Beef lower and pork prices were mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle was 1.95 cents lower at $1.0513 a pound; September feeder cattle was 1.25 cent lower at $1.3575 pound; October lean hogs gained .43 cent to $.5463 a pound.
