Best-selling author to speak at Dundee Library

The Dundee Library will host Mary Kubica, author of The New York Times best-selling book "The Good Girl," from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 29, at the library, 555 Barrington Ave. (Route 68) in East Dundee.

Kubica, who resides in the Chicago area, will read from and sign her latest thriller, "Don't You Cry." Books will be available for purchase with cash or check. This event is co-sponsored by Gail Borden Public Library.

On Monday, Oct. 10, the library will welcome local author Geralyn Hesslau Magrady, winner of the 2016 Soon to Be Famous Illinois Author Project, from 7 to 8 p.m. Magrady will lead a discussion about her book "Lines."
