Entre brokers building purchase in Schaumburg

SCHAUMBURG - Entre Commercial Realty LLC recently represented Vinayaka Holdings Corporation in its purchase of a 204,345 square foot office building at 1000 E. Woodfield Road in Schaumburg.

Terms of the acquisition were not announced

Entre has also been retained to market the refurbished building for lease.

Vinayaka has completed many renovations and is looking for new tenants for immediate occupancy. The building's lobby was recently renovated along with painting of the exterior. The parking lot will be refurbished and new landscaping will be installed.

Suites range from 500-200,000 square feet and any tenant improvements can be completed quickly with an on-site construction crew. The building is unique and features suites with large balcony areas and views overlooking a lake. The property is walking distance to Woodfield Mall and nearby restaurants, hotels, shopping and other amenities.
