NAI Hiffman brokers three lease transactions in DuPage County
OAKBROOK TERRACE - Aubrey Van Reken, vice president with NAI Hiffman's Office Services group, recently represented three tenants in lease transactions in the East-West Corridor.
Cornerstone Family Health, a 501(c) 3 Family Practice, signed a new lease for 1,543 square feet of office space at 3080 Ogden Avenue in Lisle, Illinois. RR Financial Services, Inc. also singed a new lease for 1,830 square feet and relocated its Financial & Tax Advisory group to 900 Oakmont Lane in Westmont. Aubrey also represented Heartspeak Institute, a provider of individual, family, and marriage counseling, in its 2,581-square-foot lease renewal at 2625 Butterfield Road in Oak Brook.
