Lakes d. Antioch: At Midlane Golf Course, the Eagles beat the Sequoits 228-254, as Camryn Jones and Hannah Cook shared medalist honors with matching 49s.

Alex Scrogham shot her low round for the season with a 55 for Lakes, and Tessa Pooley had her first career birdie.

Libertyville d. Warren: At Bittersweet, the visiting Wildcats shot a 180 to edge the Blue Devils (184) in their North Suburban Conference opener.

Simone Mikaelian's 1-over-par 37 led Libertyville, which also counted Madeleine Hollinger's 47, Megan Sturonas' 48 and Colby Roberts' 48. Mikaelian was coming off a 33 against Grant at Antioch Golf Club on Monday.

"Simone Mikaelian is one of the best golfers in the state," Libertyville coach Greg Pedersen said of his three-time state qualifier.

Freshman Chloe Morrissey paced Warren with a 42. Kelsey Campbell had a 44.

"We were fortunate to come away with the win," Pedersen said. "Warren has some exciting young talent."
