Thirty-minute sauce perfect for last-minute barbecues and more

There is still plenty of summer left for dinner on the grill. Having a container of this homemade barbecue sauce on hand makes the grilling even better. This is a recipe you can make in advance and it freezes well, so that it lasts long after summer has ended.

In addition to using it for grilling, it's a favorite dipping sauce in my house and is great to use to make barbecue chicken quesadillas. Just add a little bit of this sauce to some precooked chicken and your simple quesadilla can go from a snack to a meal.
