The Wall Street Journal reported that billionaire investor Carl Icahn, the company's biggest shareholder and defender, has been trying to sell his stake.
Rackspace Hosting Inc., up $1.31 to $31.50
The cloud computing company is being taken private at $32 a share by Apollo Management.
Fiesta Restaurant Group Inc., up $2.11 to $24.97
The owner of the restaurant chains Pollo Tropical and Taco Cabana said CEO Tim Taft would retire at the end of the fiscal year.
McEwen Mining Inc., down 1 cent to $3.84
