Park district to host Space Needs Open House

As part of a Five Year Master Plan project started in 2015, Palatine Park District is conducting an Indoor Space Needs Assessment through fall 2016.

This indoor facility space needs assessment will serve as an instrumental guide for the district to gain insight to the current and future indoor space needs for the residents it serves and the staff that provide district services to the community.

Input from the community will be collected in a variety of ways throughout this process, including a Space Needs Open House from 5-8 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 22, at the Community Center, 250 E. Wood St., Palatine.

Members of the community are invited to stop by Monday, Aug. 22 to:

• View conceptual drawings of possible additions and renovations;

• Provide feedback to our project consultants ;

• Speak with facility staff and have your questions answered;

• Register to participate in future community feedback opportunities.

For information, contact Steven Nagle, superintendent of facilities, at (847) 496-6289 or snagle@palatineparks.org.
