Register for Torah School and Hebrew School at Congregation Kneseth Israel

Registration is beginning for Torah School and Hebrew School at Congregation Kneseth Israel, 330 Division St. in downtown Elgin.

Torah School for kindergarten through third grade will be 9:45 a.m. to noon Sundays.

Torah School for students in fourth through seventh grade meets from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesdays and 9 a.m. to noon Sundays.

These students divide their time between Hebrew and Judaic studies. Preschool for age 3-5 meets once a month.

The first day of Hebrew School is Wednesday, Sept. 7.

Congregation Kneseth Israel of Elgin is a diverse Jewish community with families coming from many geographic areas.
