Clinton violated evidence law

Recently, the Herald ran a column by Richard Cohen painting Hillary as an angel, guilty of nothing. The Herald fails to print the truth about Hillary.

Hillary is guilty of spoliation of evidence laws, both federal and state, and she should be indicted. Spoliation of evidence is the deliberate destruction of evidence. The penalty for destruction of evidence for lawyers is loss of their law license, imprisonment and fines and/or all of them.

Clinton deliberately destroyed 30,000 emails and erased her server. The penalties for spoliation of evidence attach to a lawyer's agents as well as to the lawyer. Clinton was under an investigative subpoena when she deliberately destroyed her emails and erased her server.

One who is under subpoena cannot pick and choose what documents they will tender. Then, this alleged smart lawyer tells the public in her defense that others have done the same thing. Imagine telling a judge and jury, that because somebody else committed a crime, that it was OK for you to commit a crime.

Be prepared to bring your toothbrush. And if that isn't bad enough, FBI head, James Comey and Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, both lawyers ignored the spoliation of evidence laws, emphasizing security issues only.

The Democrats used their offices to protect Clinton, putting her above the law when the average citizen is prosecuted for misdemeanors. For Clinton's misuse of power and endangering the security of our country, she gets a little slap on the wrist unlike the Barrington resident who killed a goose on his driveway and was arrested, fined $500 and had to do 60 days of community service for a misdemeanor.

If the average lawyer did what Clinton did, they'd be crucified. Richard Cohen paints Clinton as an angel when devil is more appropriate.
