Golf outing Sept. 12 to benefit Collaborative Healthcare Urgency Group

Collaborative Healthcare Urgency Group

The Collaborative Healthcare Urgency Group, a 501(c)3 nonprofit based in Des Plaines, will hold its annual CHUG Golf Tournament on Monday, Sept. 12, at Glendale Lakes Golf Club, 1550 President St. in Glendale Heights.

Registration will begin at 11 a.m., followed by a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. The dinner, with raffles and silent auction, will begin at 5:30 p.m.

Cost is $175 or $700 for a foursome. Early bird special by Aug. 1 is $160. Dinner only is $50. It will include 18 holes of golf, cart rental, hole contests, lunch, dinner, open bar, and door prizes.
