NEW YORK (AP) - Stocks that moved substantially or traded heavily Monday:

ARM Holdings PLC, up $19.09 to $66.17

The technology company agreed to be bought by Japan's SoftBank Group for about $32 billion.

Hawaiian Electric Industries Inc., down $2.38 to $30.10

Hawaiian regulators rejected NextEra Energy's combination with Hawaiian Electric, the largest utility in the state.

Bank of America Corp., up 45 cents to $14.11

The bank's profit was hurt by low interest rates but its results were stronger than expected.

Hasbro Inc., down $5.68 to $79.82

The toy maker's profit and sales were better than expected but it reported weaker sales of toys marketed to boys.

J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc., down $4 to $81.27

The trucking and logistics company had a smaller quarterly profit than analysts expected.

Lennox International Inc., up $1.20 to $149.20

The manufacturer of furnaces, air conditioners and other products disclosed mixed results in the second quarter.

Diamond Offshore Drilling Inc., down 57 cents to $25.27

Shares in energy companies fell with the price of oil on Monday.

Interoil Corp., up $2 to $49.61

The oil and gas company said Exxon Mobil offered to buy it for about $2.6 billion, topping an offer from rival Oil Search.
