MCC hosts Exceptional Workforce training series

CRYSTAL LAKE - McHenry County College's Workforce, Community and Business Programs is accepting registrations for a Developmental Dimensions International's Exceptional Workforce Series. The DDI Workforce series will take place from 8 a.m. to noon on Thursdays, August 4 through September 1.

In today's highly competitive environment, organizations need for their employees to have the skills to communicate effectively, accept an ever changing environment, and handle tense situations whether internal or external. The DDI Exceptional Workforce curriculum accelerates the development of the important people skills. The series topics include communicating with impact, embracing change, high-impact feedback and listening, navigating beyond conflict, and taking the HEAT (customer service).

Participants can register for individual courses or the entire series. Fees for an individual course are $165. The five-course series fee is discounted by 10 percent at $742. Use course ID: NTL C06 001 to register.
