Bank property in Wheeling sold for $4.1 million

OAK BROOK - Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate investment services firm, said it sold the BMO Harris Bank net-leased property at 10 Huntington Lane in Wheeling for about $4.15 million.

Steven D. Weinstock, first vice president/regional manager and managing broker of the firm's Chicago Oak Brook office, announced the sale of the property that is 5,905 square feet.

Austin Weisenbeck, Sean R. Sharko and Adrian Mendoza, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a developer.

The buyer is a California based trust secured and represented by Steven Schechter and Daniel Hirth, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Encino, California, office.
