Pamela Rose and Windy City Country to perform in Hoffman Estates

Pamela Rose and Windy City Country will perform at 7 p.m. Thursday, July 14, at the Virginia Mary Hayter Village Green in Hoffman Estates as part of the village's “Summer Sounds on the Green” concert series.

Described as a high-energy band playing country favorites and current hits, Pamela Rose and Windy City Country has more than 30 collective years of touring and recording experience, and has performed with artists such as Richard Marx, Tanya Tucker, Ben E. King, Randy Travis, Three Dog Night, and Pam Tillis.

This concert is the fourth in a series of eight free admission summer shows. All performances take place on Thursday evenings at 7 p.m. at the Village Green, 5510 Prairie Stone Parkway, across the street from the Sears Centre Arena.

Audience members are welcome to bring a picnic along with a blanket or lawn chair, but please leave glasses and glass containers at home. Levy Restaurants will be selling a variety of traditional snack food as well as unique items, changed each week to compliment the concert's musical theme.
