Who's playing Ribfest in Naperville

Outdoor concerts and performances are among the staples of Ribfest in Naperville, which is set to open for its 29th year.

The four-day festival opens at noon Friday, July 1, and features 47 performances scheduled on three stages in Knoch Park, 724 S. West St.

The fest draws its main stage talent from among top national artists - especially in the rock and country genres - this year bringing in headliners 3 Doors Down, Sheryl Crow, Lee Brice and Gin Blossoms.

Tickets are available at ribfest.net or at the gate. Prices range from $20 for general admission on Friday, Sunday and Monday to $150 for VIP sponsor tickets on Saturday.

The festival is scheduled to be open noon to 10 p.m. Friday through Monday, concluding with a 9:30 p.m. fireworks show on the Fourth of July.

Here is a list of concerts scheduled for the two largest stages. The third stage features local musicians and dance groups such as McNulty Irish Dancers, The School of Performing Arts and Anand Dance.
