CABLExpress hires Robert Jordan as infrastructure architect

CABLExpress has hired Robert Jordan of Bolingbrook as a data center infrastructure architect.

Jordan will be responsible for leading technical design standards as well as ensuring consistent support of data center and structured cabling solutions.

He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the world's largest technical professional organization. Prior to joining Syracuse, N.Y.-based CABLExpress, he worked as a sales engineer for 20 years at Corning Cable Systems. Jordan was responsible for providing over 600 training courses in the areas of fiber optic design, installation and testing. He holds a master's degree from DeVry University and a bachelor's degree from Savannah State University.

He is a recipient of the Soldier's Medal for valor and heroism, an individual decoration of the United States Army. He served in Korea, Central America, and Operation Desert Storm.
