Report: Buffalo Grove water quality exceeds standards
The quality of water in Buffalo Grove meets or exceeds federal and state government standards and no water-related violations occurred during 2015, according to the annual Village of Buffalo Grove Water Quality Report, officials announced Tuesday.
The Water Quality Report is prepared and distributed annually by all community water systems to their customers, as mandated per amendments to the Safe Water Drinking Act. The report is available on the village's website at www.vbg.org/CCR.
This reporting cycle is required to reflect the levels of specific contaminants that were sampled and tested during the 2015 period.
