Retired teachers meet
The Lake County Retired Teachers Association will meet at noon Tuesday, July 12 at Lambs Farm restaurant at Route 176 and I-94 near Libertyville. The cost is $16 per person for the luncheon buffet and meeting. Pre-luncheon get-together begins at 11:30 a.m. The guest speaker will be Margaret Bisberg, who will talk about the world of automated musical instruments large and small. They could range in size from tiny music boxes to a fairground organ. All retired educators are welcome to attend and no reservations are necessary.
