NEW YORK (AP) - Stocks that moved substantially or traded heavily on Monday:

HeartWare International Inc., up $27.81 to $57.79

Medtronic agreed to buy the medical device company for $58 per share, or about $1.02 billion.

Charles Schwab Corp., down $2.10 to $24.05

Financial stocks continued to suffer the largest losses as stocks fell after the British vote to leave the European Union.

Williams Cos., down $1.31 to $20

A judge ruled that Energy Transfer Equity can back out of its deal to buy competitor Williams.

SkullCandy Inc., up 32 cents to $6.08

The headphones maker, which accepted a buyout offer Thursday, said it received a new bid worth $6.05 per share.

American Water Works Co., up $1.78 to $81.71

Utility stocks traded higher as investors sought safe investments.

Owens-Illinois Inc., down $1.63 to $16.33

Materials companies including the glass container maker took the biggest losses in Monday's trading.

Ryanair Holdings PLC, down $10.79 to $66.82

The Irish low-cost airline continued to plunge as investors worried about how the British vote will affect its business.

Cabot Oil & Gas Corp., down 68 cents to $24.06

The price of natural gas rose Monday as other fuel prices slumped.
