Hoffman Estates sets Fourth of July Parade details
This year's Hoffman Estates Fourth of July Parade will take place at 9 a.m. Monday, July 4, on Illinois Boulevard, with the theme, "U.S.A. Going for the Gold."
Children's bike and trike parade participants should assemble at 8:45 a.m. at the intersection of Kingman Lane and Illinois Boulevard.
Parking for parade spectators is on public side streets, where allowed, adjacent to the parade route.
The Village of Hoffman Estates Celebrations Commission will be accepting donations of nonperishable canned or boxed goods and paper products during the parade. These donations will be used to replenish area township food pantries. Monetary donations also will be accepted.
