Natural gas leak in Antioch
No one was hurt Thursday after a natural gas leak occurred at Ash Pallets, 61 McMillan Road, Antioch. The leak was discovered about 11:30 a.m., Antioch police said in a news release. Several buildings were evacuated and nearby roads closed as a precaution. The gas line was repaired by 12:45 p.m. The cause of the leak is under investigation.
