SMRZ AND DOBRZYNSKI NAMED TO WADDELL & REED'S CIRCLE OF CHAMPIONS

This significant gathering - bringing together Waddell & Reed advisors from around the nation - is held each summer in a major U.S. city. Selection is based on an analysis of investments, insurance and financial planning sales generated by the advisor. Just over 600 advisors qualified for this year's event, out of Waddell & Reed's national network of more than 1,800 financial advisors.

Smrz has been a professional in the financial services industry for 23 years, serving individuals and families throughout Chicago and suburbs on their personal, long-term investment goals. She joined Waddell & Reed in 1993. Smrz also earned a bachelor's degree from University of Illinois and a Master's from the University of Massachusetts. Dobrzynski has been a professional in the financial services industry for 17 years, serving individuals and families in northern Illinois and Wisconsin on their personal, long-term investment goals. He joined Waddell & Reed in 1999 and earned a bachelor's degree from Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota.
