Staff cuts threaten great post office

Who is responsible for ruining the efficiency of the Prospect Heights Post Office?

I have lived in Mount Prospect since 1967 and have always found the Prospect Heights Post Office to be efficient, quick, friendly, well-run, able to answer any question and a relaxing enjoyable experience. They are now understaffed. Who cut their staff and why are they making such great employees take grief from disgruntled customers because the federal government or who won't foot the bill to hire enough workers to give employees a reasonable workload?

I do not know who is responsible for dragging their feet in getting more workers as soon as possible. I

hate to see the BEST post office in the Northwest suburbs go downhill because of a shortsighted decision to cut staff.
