Rizzo to host inaugural baseball camp in Elk Grove

Cubs first baseman Anthony Rizzo will be hosting his inaugural youth baseball camp at Elk Grove High School on July 21.

All proceeds from Rizzo's ProCamp will benefit ProCamps' Kids 2 Camp Foundation, which provides young athletes who are less fortunate the opportunity to attend their sports camps free. The camp is open to both boys and girls of all skill levels in grades 1-8. The camp will held from at 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The cost of the camp is $149.

The one-day camp aims to teach the fundamentals of baseball. All attendees will receive an autograph, a team photo with Rizzo and a T-shirt.
