Value of labor is driven by markets

In response to Denise Brown's opinion. What she doesn't realize is that she is also demanding that I pay more for a Big Mac. If I and many others don't want to pay more for a Big Mac, there will be less or no Big Macs sold, thus making less jobs at McDonald's.

The value of labor is a supply/demand issue. McDonald's has not created a low-wage economic model that has hollowed out the middle class. It is market driven. Why don't you demand it from yourself to either live within your economic means or chose to learn skills to gain a higher paying wage? Why demand McDonald's do it for you?

Better yet, create your own company that will pay everyone $15 an hour? Low wages paid by big or any business do not cost taxpayers anything.

I would like to know how those numbers were derived. Nobody owes anyone a living and making a profit is not wrong.

It's not up to McDonald's to lift you up.
