Big Ange's overwhelmed by first day customers, closes to restock

After a busier-than-expected opening day on Thursday, Big Ange's in Arlington Heights closed on Friday to restock, but will be welcoming customers again soon.

The restaurant in the former Jimmy's Place at the corner of Northwest Highway and Euclid took about three years to open and owners said they were "overwhelmed" by crowds on their first day.

A note posted to the restaurant's door on Friday said they are making adjustments and will reopen for good in the next few days.
