Gurnee police fundraising run
Gurnee police will host a fundraising run Saturday, June 4. Fraternal Order of Police Social Lodge 266 is behind the fifth annual Outrun the Cops! and Walk for the Kids. The 5K run/walk and 10K run starts and ends at Gurnee police headquarters, 100 N. O'Plaine Road. Registration starts at 7 a.m. and the race begins at 8 a.m. Proceeds will benefit the Lake County Children's Advocacy Center and other local charities.
