Miss Northern Illinois' Outstanding Teen to Compete at Miss Illinois' Outstanding Teen

GRAYSLAKE, IL - Annika Churchill, Miss Northern Illinois' Outstanding Teen, will compete at the Miss Illinois competition in Marion, Illinois.

Annika will compete for the title of Miss Illinois' Outstanding Teen beginning Tuesday, June 14th. The week-long competition will be held at the Marion Cultural and Civic Center. Friends and families are welcome to attend the competition, and can purchase tickets online at www.marionccc.com.

Contestants will compete in active wear, evening gown, interview and talent competitions. Annika will sing "Poor Wand'ring One" on Tuesday night.

The winner of Miss Illinois' Outstanding Teen will go on to compete for the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen later this year. Awards will be given for first, second, and third runner-up, including thousands of dollars in scholarship awards.
